Here are just a few possibilities of how the space could be set up. We are making some movable walls which should be able to go anywhere we want them to. There will be 1-6' wall, 1-4' wall, 4-2' walls.
This is a project to create story-based art in an installation space. We like to think of it as a cross between comics and church painting. (much of our inspiration has come from our experience in the chapels in Italy)
We will be installing works in Williamsburg near N9th and Bedford starting in mid July and at UMASS in September.
This blog is to collect and show our thinking process as we work out the concepts and constraints. These are guided by our own experiences as we try work on our own versions of content. We are trying to find a balance between functional limitations and creative freedom. We are open to your views.
